Executive Search involves the following:

• We meet with the appropriate managers within your company, including the person to whom the position reports. We obtain an in depth understanding of the activities and goals of your organisation, and of the purpose, scope and responsibilities of the position to be filled. At your request we advise you on “market rate” remuneration.
• We agree a job description and person specification, and prepare for your approval a company background summary for candidate briefing. We also agree what company information may be made available during the selection process, so as to maintain confidentiality.
• We propose and agree a list of target companies to research. From this research, we identify a list of potentially suitable candidates to approach, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. We review the lists of companies and candidates with you at agreed regular intervals throughout the search process.
• We are responsible for all candidate contact. We conduct screening interviews and submit only qualified candidates. We undertake to continue the search process until the position is filled or the assignment withdrawn.
• On request from clients, we assist in reference checking and also, again if requested, with client/candidate final interviews.

• We are responsible for all candidate contact. We conduct initial interviews and submit a shortlist of suitably qualified candidates. We continue to process applications until the position is filled or the assignment is withdrawn.
• On request from clients, we assist in reference checking and also, again if requested, with client/candidate final interviews.

Database Search/Introduction

The fundamental service we offer. This involves searching our comprehensive database for active candidates that will suit the technical requirements you are searching for. Our advertising strategy and referral scheme allows the database to be replenished on a daily basis. It provides an immediate and reactive selection of candidates for the vacancy.
