As a trusted name in the British Agricultural market, with a multi-million pound turnover, our client has ambitious plans for the future. With market-leading products and a successful sales team already in place, they’re now looking for someone to develop long-term strategies to achieve continued growth. Reporting to the MD, this high profile role will plan, forecast and shape the company’s future success. You’ll plan and develop new products and brand concepts, manage established brands, and ensure that both new and existing products fully realise their market potential. You’ll work with the sales team to develop business strategies with key accounts and use your strong network of industry contacts, market knowledge and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, both organically and through potential acquisitions. Analytical and creative in your approach, you’ll be experienced in managing key projects, as well as writing business and product launch plans. Naturally, you’ll be a confident communicator and happy to travel throughout the UK. You’ll have an excellent track record of achieving success, preferably gained within the sector, with an enthusiastic approach and can-do attitude to meet the company’s objectives.
