A specialist in their field, our client has worked on some prestigious projects, including the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and the Qatar Convention Centre Doha. With expansion plans at the forefront, they’re now looking for a talented Design Engineer. You’ll be involved in the research, design and development of products – all the while developing your own knowledge. Learning all about our client’s industry and helping them to grow their portfolio as well as their large client base, you’ll work with sophisticated technology in some of the world’s most innovative companies. As well as offering technical assistance, you’ll create plans, manage resources and work with the Technical Director across the board. Along with a degree in mechanical engineering and some proven experience, you’ll have excellent CAD skills and a working knowledge of electrical engineering. You’ll have an analytical mind – someone who can think technically and commercially. This role will include some international travel. In return, you’ll be supported towards Chartered Engineering status and you’ll work in an environment where progression is rewarded.
